How do I get a quote?
Text or call 708-526-3076 with the model, storage, and condition — for example, “I have an iPhone 14, 128, good condition.” We reply with an offer for that item. There is no form to fill out and no account to make.
Why don’t you post prices?
Offers depend on the exact model, storage, carrier, and condition, so we quote each device in the text thread instead of posting a price list. The offer you get is for your device, not a “up to” number.
Where do we meet?
At the police station nearest you. We have drivers in Chicago and Northwest Indiana, so we come to your area instead of making you drive to us. We do not have a storefront and we do not publish a street address.
Do you buy in Northwest Indiana?
Yes. We have drivers in Northwest Indiana — Hammond, Gary, East Chicago, Munster, Highland, Merrillville, Crown Point, and nearby towns — who meet you at your nearest police station.
How and when do I get paid?
You get paid the same visit, once we have checked the device — by Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, or sometimes cash.
What are your hours?
We are open 24/7, including Sundays. Text or call 708-526-3076 any time and we will set up a meetup at the police station nearest you.
What areas do you serve?
Chicago, the Chicagoland suburbs, and Northwest Indiana. Our drivers meet sellers at the police station nearest them. The full list is on the Areas we buy in page.
What do you buy?
iPhones, Samsung Galaxy phones, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro laptops, and PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo consoles. If it is not on that list, still ask — we buy more than what is on the site.
Do I need to turn off Find My and sign out of iCloud?
Yes. Sign out of iCloud and turn off Find My before the meetup — we cannot complete a normal buy while Find My is on. If your device is iCloud-locked, say so when you text, because that is a different quote.
What do you check at the meetup?
We check that the device matches what you described and run an IMEI check for carrier, Find My, and blacklist status. For MacBooks we check the serial number and iCloud status. The check happens in front of you.
What if my device is different from what I described?
If it matches or is better than described, you get the price we quoted. If the model, storage, carrier, or condition is different, we re-quote before any money changes hands, and you can decide from there.
Do you buy cracked, carrier-locked, or financed phones?
Tell us exactly what is going on — cracks, a carrier lock, a balance owed — when you text. It changes the offer, and we can still buy many of these. Unlocked phones get the best offers.
How should I get my phone ready to sell?
Back up your data, sign out of iCloud (or your Google and Samsung accounts on Android), turn off Find My, and take out your SIM card. For a MacBook, bring the charger if you still have it.
Do you still buy diabetic test supplies?
